Biography
Laura Bilodeau Overdeck is Founder and President of Bedtime Math, a nonprofit that inspires kids to love math so they embrace and excel at it. She is creator of its research-proven family math app and author of four Bedtime Math books (Macmillan). Bedtime Math has also launched Fun Factor, a comprehensive hands-on, screens-free K-5 math program to foster engaged learning in response to the pandemic.
Laura holds a B.A. in astrophysics from Princeton University, where she is a trustee; an M.B.A. in public policy from the Wharton School of Business; and an honorary doctorate from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is also a trustee of Liberty Science Center and of the Pingry School, and an advisory board member for Khan Academy, Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, and Governor’s School of New Jersey. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
