The “Perfect” Math Course: What does it take?
Alexei Miasnikov will describe the progress we have made and the challenges we have uncovered in our attempts to develop a “Perfect” course for Algebra and Calculus, and the pedagogy, technology, and social environment required to complete such a curriculum.
In the second part of the talk we will show some pieces of technology that highlight recent developments in this area. The talk is based on joint research with Alex Myasnikov.
